No returns on books and patterns due to copyright laws. No refunds on shipping charges. All other items must be in “like-new” condition and smoke-free. All returned items must include a copy of the receipt, your e-mail address, shipping address and phone number.

All gift card purchases are final. Gift cards cannot be returned, exchanged or redeemed for cash (unless required by state law), and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
